DHS CC ADAN RODRIGUEZ WINS HALF MARATHON

Congratulations to Adan Rodriguez for winning the Chickamauga Battlefield Half-Marathon this past Saturday.  Competing in his first half, he won with a time of 1:15:29.  Just to put that in perspective, he ran under six minute miles for the entire 13.1 mile course. Congratulations to our coaches and runners!!! Congratulation to our DHS Cross Country Team yesterday in their meet at Baylor.  Our boys won the meet out of 31 schools.  Adan Rodriguez, Lance Sotelo, Salvador Castillo, Alex Apodaca, Daniel Castillo, Derek Gallardo, and Miguel Guzman performed well.  Manuel Prieto came in third in the boys JV race.
